Ticket Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate with proven experience in ticketing to manage the organisation of an efficient ticket sales operation for our various ticketing clients. Working in a complex and fast-paced environment, across multiple performances, venues and clients, the candidate will have previous management experience, exceptional customer care skills, experience of managing ticketing inventory (allocations and distribution) and excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word). The successful candidate will also manage the delivery and implementation of the ticketing strategy, policies and procedures for Hub Tickets.
