About the Position

We are now launching operations in Spain and we are seeking individuals driven by innovation and eager to take on new challenges, consistently going beyond and transcending the “ownership mindset.”

As a Partnerships Manager, you will focus on prospecting event organizers and selling our innovative ticketing solutions. This role is critical in expanding our footprint in the entertainment industry through effective sales strategies, commercial proposal creation, and robust market research.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect event organizers to create partnerships for Ingresse’s services.
  • Creating commercial proposals.
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Market research.
  • Develop and implement a customer retention strategy to enhance client loyalty.

What are the requirements?

  • Entertainment market knowledge.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in driving for results.

Personal attributes and competencies

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization. English and Spanish (required) and Portuguese (a plus).
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, including the capability to negotiate, influence, and build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Problem solving: Ability to proactively identify issues and develop creative and effective solutions.
  • Customer relationship management: Experience in managing long-term client relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Other requirements

  • Travel availability: availability to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Digital skills: Proficiency in business software tools and digital platforms relevant to managing the company, such as Pipedrive, Slack, and other management softwares.
