About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our growing B2B team and play a pivotal role in securing exclusive rates and offers that drive revenue and enhance our market position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for negotiating high-value deals with theatre producers, venues, and live entertainment partners, ensuring our B2B clients have access to the most competitive trade, group, and gift experience rates.
Your expertise in relationship management and commercial strategy will be key to maximizing sales opportunities through our extensive network of B2B partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to implement and optimize offers, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
The salary range for this role is £35k – £45k per year.
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. 
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.

What Success Looks Like:

    • Commercial Growth: Secure a set number of bespoke B2B offers per month, maximising market exclusivity in excess of our stated goals.  Drive an increase of revenue from negotiated rates in excess of stated goals over the first 12 months.
    • Competitive Positioning: Ensure TTG has access to 100% of available B2B rates in the market, ensuring access to competitive travel partner specific rates.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner Success Team to increase B2B partner engagement by 100% and improve offer conversion rates quarter-over-quarter through strategic communication with shows.
    • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that 100% of negotiated offers/prices are set up correctly, minimizing delays and ensuring seamless implementation for B2B partners.

What You’ll Do:

    • Day-to-day liaison with the B2B team to understand the specific business needs and commercial potential of TTG’s wide portfolio of B2B clients.
    • Pitch our B2B offering to theatre and live entertainment clients, creatively and convincingly, demonstrating their value to both parties. This includes highlighting the opportunities offered by exclusive partner offers, specific trade rates, group rates and offers, in addition to trade shows, trade nights, and umbrella initiatives such as Essential West End.
    • Pitch our Travel Network Media packages to theatre clients highlighting the opportunity and value of the TTG network to our show partners.
    • Work alongside our internal set-up team to assist with timely implementation of all promotions, communicating effectively across teams at all times
    • Prepare proposals and attend pitch meetings alongside partnerships and B2B teams.
    • Represent TTG at client meetings and, on occasion, trade shows and similar events.
    • Internal and external analysis of opportunities and successes.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a theatre, affiliate, or ecommerce partnership role.
    • Extensive network of contacts across West End producers, venue chains and marketing agencies, a plus.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through phone calls, email correspondence, and face-to-face meetings.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Slides.
    • Strong knowledge of theatre and live entertainment product, particularly within London, a plus.
    • A resourceful and flexible mindset; an effective problem solver.
    • Excellent organisational, planning, time management, and interpersonal skill.
    • Proactive in approach and eager to identify opportunities to drive business for TTG.
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Target-oriented and accustomed to working to ambitious goals.
    • Informed knowledge of travel trade and/or the tourism sector, a plus.
    • Possess a familiarity with ticketing programs and proficiency in sales analysis a plus.
