Dubai-headquartered concert promotion and event production company, MAC Global, has marked its tenth anniversary with a sold-out performance from Roxie Nafousi.
Nafousi is an author and inspirational speaker, and presented a two-night run of MANIFEST: The Live Show at the Zabeel Theatre, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel. The opening night on October 15 reached 95% capacity, followed by a sold-out performance on the following evening.
Daniel Goldberg, chief operating officer of MAC Global, commented: “This event represents a relatively new direction for us. While we’ve previously booked speakers such as Thierry Henry, Idris Elba, and John McEnroe on behalf of other organisers including Saudi Arabia’s Tanween Festival, this was the first time as the lead producer. It worked out well for us, for the talent, and the audience too.”
MAC Global is part of Sony Music Entertainment, and has a busy schedule for the rest of 2024. More recently, it brought Take That to Etihad Park in Abu Dhabi and Sophie Ellis-Bextor to the Dubai Opera. In November, Ministry of Sound Classical will be held at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai, Goldie will head to P7 Arena, Media One, Dubai, and Lang Lang Plays Disney will be hosted by Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi.
Earlier this year, MAC Global brought André Rieu to Etihad Arena, which became the biggest-selling classical event in Abu Dhabi’s history with 12,000 attendees.

Marking the tenth anniversary, Goldberg added: “Programming events like Sandance Festival at Atlantis and bringing Ed Sheeran to the region in 2015 remain personal highlights. We’ve grown immensely since then, and we look forward to the next ten years of delivering unforgettable experiences.”
