Kore Software is offering its European business customers improved access to fan data after it became a certified partner of Ticketmaster across the continent.
Already signed up with Ticketmaster in North America, the sport and entertainment business management solutions provider has become a Nexus Certified Partner of Ticketmaster Europe.
During their partnership in North America, Kore has been able to help sport, music, and arts customers integrate Ticketmaster data to Kore’s Data Warehouse & Analytics and Ticketing & Fan Engagement applications.
Kore, which serves more than 100 professional sport clubs and leagues, and 200 collegiate customers worldwide, said its clients can conduct deep analysis and robust segmentation and put those insights into action “for better fan engagement and revenue”.
“Ticketmaster has been an incredible partner of ours over the past several years,” said Matt Sebal, Kore’s chief executive. “Solidifying our Nexus relationship in Europe is an important step in our international expansion and we’re excited to bring the same value to European sport and entertainment organisations that we’ve been providing in North America.”
The certification comes just months after Kore established a European base in London. Kore provides tools and services to harness customer information including their preferences and behaviours.
