In my life as an entrepreneur, I’ve learned many things. But if there’s one lesson that stands out, it’s this: nothing is more powerful than connections.
Business is built on technology, but it grows through relationships. That’s something we’ve always prioritized at 3D Digital Venue—not just selling solutions, but becoming long-term partners. Technology evolves, markets shift, and industries change, but at the core of every deal, every innovation, and every success—there are people. And connecting with people is what truly drives progress.
Solving real industry problems
That’s why attending events such as TheTicketingBusiness Forum is so much more than just being at a conference. I see it as an opportunity to meet face-to-face with long-term partners, clients, and industry leaders—some of whom I’ve been working with for years.
This mindset has led to multi-year contracts—some spanning for more than five years—and, more importantly, to partnerships where we’re constantly collaborating to solve real industry problems. Just to mention, some of our most impactful collaborations—Secutix, SeatGeek UK, and Eventim—began life at TheTicketingBusiness Forum.
While at a recent event in New York, I met with major organizations like MLB, NBA, and NHL teams—big names, right? what made those conversations exciting wasn’t just who was in the room, but what they were willing to share. They opened up about their challenges, goals, and needs in ticketing, fan experience, and innovation. And that’s when I knew I had something to offer.
Amenity Management System
For the past few months, we’ve been developing a groundbreaking solution that will transform how VIP and premium amenities are sold. The Amenity Management System will be ready by mid-April—just in time for TheTicketingBusiness Forum.
While I can’t reveal all the details just yet, I can share this: it will seamlessly integrate premium experiences into the ticketing ecosystem. Today, most ticketing platforms prioritize general admission sales, forcing venues to manage VIP experiences through disconnected systems. But what if that changed? What if every 3D Digital Venue web application could not only display VIP amenities but also link them directly to seating areas, streamlining the purchase experience? That’s exactly what we’re building—an Amenity Management System that unifies premium offerings, enhances 3D venue interactions, and unlocks new revenue opportunities for venues and teams alike.
And here’s the thing—I wouldn’t have had this idea if I wasn’t connected to the right people. If these partners hadn’t trusted me enough to share their pain points, I wouldn’t have had the insights to start building something truly impactful.
That’s why I believe so strongly in relationships. Because when you have the right ones, you don’t just sell technology—you create solutions that actually matter.
