The increase is the second in two years for the National Basketball Association (NBA) side and comes on the back of trading away All-Star player Luka Dončić to the Los Angeles Lakers last month.
The Mavericks have faced heavy criticism from fans since letting the 25-year-old leave in the trade which saw 31-year-old Anthony Davis return.
The team announced that it would refund supporters left angry by the departure of the star player.
The franchise said that the new scale of seat prices will better reflect seat values in high-demand areas.
Despite the price adjustment, the Mavericks claim that full season ticket holders will save between 15% and 23% compared to projected secondary market prices.
The team also stated that around 4,200 seats per game are still priced at below $40 (£31/€38) at the Mavericks’ 19,200-capacity American Airlines Center.
The cheapest season ticket currently averages out at $20 per home game, with 41 such fixtures in the NBA regular season. The most expensive courtside seats are priced at $565 per home match.
