Scotland’s Six Nations ticket sales have been postponed after a suspected ‘bot attack’ on the presales for the men’s rugby union competition.
Tickets were originally scheduled to go on sale to the public today (Friday) but Scottish Rugby confirmed last night that the onsale had been postponed. The move comes after a suspected bot attack on the Supporters Club presale.
“Scottish Rugby is committed to ensuring Scotland match tickets are purchased by genuine fans and we are working closely with Ticketmaster to review today’s sale and identify any suspicious activity,” Scottish Rugby said in a post on X.

Scotland will face Italy at Murrayfield Stadium on February 1 before welcoming Ireland on February 9. Scotland’s final home game will be against Wales on March 8.
Scotland Supporters Club members will be contacted directly with information on the revised presales, while general sale information is expected to be communicated next week.
Additionally, the presale of U20 match tickets, scheduled for December 9, and the general sale on December 10 will also be moved to a later date.
Scotland’s away Six Nations matches include England at the newly titled Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, and France at the Stade de France in Paris.
The men’s Six Nations will begin with France against Wales on January 31 and conclude on March 15.
