For the third year in a row, French football side Olympique de Marseille has set a new record for season ticket-holders – 49,000.
The Ligue 1 club is set to celebrate its 125th anniversary this season, which got underway last weekend. OM clocked a convincing 5-1 win away at Stade Brestois 29.
OM plays its home games at the 67,000-capacity Orange Vélodrome, the second largest stadium in the country behind the Stade de France.

OM will next face Stade de Reims at home on Sunday (August 25).
