Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games is to offer the Olympics’ first-ever priority access scheme for hospitality packages ahead of sales launching in November 2024.

The ticket-inclusive hospitality and overnight packages sales programme was announced by Milano Cortina 2026 and On Location, the official hospitality provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Until September 30, 2024, On Location is offering fans a priority access deposit programme that grants first access to hospitality and overnight packages. This is the first time in Olympic Games history that fans will have the opportunity to secure hospitality packages before they officially go on sale to the general public.

The fully refundable deposit of €200 will give fans first choice of the most in-demand sporting events with premium seating and a range of accompanying experiences.

Paul Caine, president of On Location, said: “The ticket-inclusive hospitality experiences crafted by On Location are designed to elevate and celebrate the uniqueness of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. Guests will immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and culture of Italy, while witnessing unforgettable sporting moments that only take place during this global spectacle.

“This will be an unmissable, historic Olympic Winter Games with hospitality experiences that rise to the occasion.”

Range of packages for Milano Cortina 2026

On Location said the Milano Cortina 2026 hospitality programme will be the largest in Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games history. It seeks to offer more people than ever before the opportunity to enjoy an elevated service at the Olympic Winter Games.

The packages will offer a variety of accommodation and entertainment options aimed at matching sports fans’ needs and budgets. These options range from in-venue private suites, premium shared lounges, unique hospitality spaces and premium hotels, to entry-level hospitality offerings.

Giovanni Malagò, president of Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation, said: “Italy is a country with enchanting landscapes and, as a tradition, we have a natural sense of hospitality. These two factors together will be the perfect blend to provide the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 with a very high level of hospitality, thanks also to the world-renowned professionalism of On Location.”

In July 20204, TicketOne was given the exclusive contract to operate ticketing operations for Milan Cortina 2026.
