Event management platform Eventnoire is eyeing expansion in its North American and African markets following major investment from Pronghorn.

Chicago-headquartered Eventnoire said the cash will be used to expand its platform, scale its team, enhance the Eventnoire App and expand the business’ cultural reach. The investment is part of Pronghorn’s plan to generate $2.4bn in economic value for the black community by 2032.

New York City’s Pronghorn, which is primarily focussed on the spirits market, said the collaboration grants it access to Eventnoire’s community of event curators and direct consumer channels.

In 2023, Eventnoire’s ticketing business experienced 231% growth and the group said that will increase further in 2024. It works with 10,000 venues and event organisers, and has a community of nearly 400,000 influencers in North America and Africa.

“Eventnoire is thrilled to partner with Pronghorn and we look forward to a strategic partnership that will allow us to continue to grow while driving innovation and inclusivity in the spirits industry together,” said Jeff Osuji, founder and chief executive of Eventnoire. “Culture drives innovation and together I believe the work we do will impact generations and transform the spirits industry as we know it.”

Culture and events hub

Eventnoire will utilise its event partnerships, media channels, and community of creators to magnify Pronghorn’s brands and initiatives, bolstering its position as a culture and events hub. The partnership launched with three June screenings of the “Distilled” docuseries, produced by Pronghorn and promoted by EventNoire, in Washington DC, Dallas, and Chicago.

Pronghorn co-founder Erin J. Hall said: “Partnering with Eventnoire is a seamless fit for Pronghorn, as this partnership opens doors to unparalleled growth and collaboration within the special events and spirits industries. Together, we’ll elevate event experiences, forge meaningful connections with emerging Black spirits founders and redefine the landscape of celebration.”
