Ed Sheeran has announced a new European ‘Mathematics’ tour, with dates set for Spain, France, Italy, Germany and more.

The British singer’s tour has been running since April 2022, kicking off in Dublin, Ireland.

Stylised as the ‘+-=÷x’ tour, the long-running string of shows is in support of Sheeran’s fifth studio album ‘=’ which came out in 2021, and his sixth studio album ‘-‘ which was released in 2023.

Further stops on the latest European leg include Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Denmark.

The tour has previously featured legs in Europe, North America, Oceania, and Asia which took place earlier this year.

While announcing the new dates on his social media channels, Sheeran revealed that the tour will come to an end in 2025.

Sheeran added: “Gonna be hitting most of the other places we haven’t been to yet, but the first dates to go up will be the rest of Europe, more to follow […] see you next year. It was time to press Stop, but then we can press Play…”

Tickets will go on sale for the new European dates on July 10, while tickets for the Rome show will be available from July 12.

Sheeran has previously broken a number of concert attendance records during the ‘Mathematics’ tour. A show at Seattle’s Lumen Field in August last year saw the singer just pip Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, welcoming 77,286 guests.
