TicketPlan has partnered with Wake The Tiger to launch a refund protection solution for customers purchasing tickets to the Bristol tourist attraction.
Wake The Tiger claims to be the world’s first “Amazement Park”, and its collaboration with the ticket insurance and protection company is hoped to enhance the experience for customers.
“Ensuring our visitors have a brilliant experience in this unique art space is of the utmost importance but that begins well before they enter the portal to an alternate world,” said Wake The Tiger sales and marketing director, Lucy Jarjoura.
“Visitors expect the highest customer service and part of that is to ensure security and support for any unexpected occurrences.
“TicketPlan allows us to offer this, and with their wealth of experience in this area it seemed like the logical choice to partner with them.”
Wake The Tiger is a self-guided, walk-through “labyrinth of exploration” which begins in an abandoned paint factory before moving into its Dream Factory, and finally the Outerverse.
It encourages visitors to discover and interact with the art, which is showcased in more than 40 spaces.
“We are delighted to partner with Wake The Tiger enabling our market leading refund protection to be offered to customers purchasing tickets for their out-of-this world immersive experience,” said TicketPlan relationship and development director Ben Bray.
“It’s fantastic to be working with another partner in the attraction and immersive experience space and it’s a credit to the hard work and collaboration between my colleague Matt Fitzpatrick and the Wake The Tiger team that we have been able to launch this partnership.”
