The National Hockey League’s (NHL) Florida Panthers and FLA Live Arena have made the switch to SeatGeek, which will act as the official primary ticketing partner for all FLA Live Arena and War Memorial Auditorium events taking place after July 12.

SeatGeek first announced its partnership with the Florida Panthers last year.

Blink-182 ticket-holders have been advised that they can still utilise their Ticketmaster Account Manager to access tickets for the band’s July 11 concert. Fans will now be able to purchase tickets via a SeatGeek account for all FLA Live Arena events, NHL games and more.

Those that have purchased tickets for an event through Ticketmaster will need to connect their Florida Panthers ticket account to their SeatGeek account to transition their tickets over to SeatGeek.

Matt Caldwell, president and chief executive of the Florida Panthers, said: “We are thrilled to partner with an innovative, future-focused company like SeatGeek and know their easy-to-use technology will elevate the event fan experience at our venues.

“As the sports and entertainment industry grows, SeatGeek continues to evolve and emerge as a ticketing leader so being aligned with them will create a seamless partnership for years to come.”

Danielle du Toit, president at SeatGeek, added: “Last year, we announced our partnership with the Panthers, and we couldn’t be more excited to now bring that partnership to its full fruition, complete with our back-office technology and fan-first features.

“We’ve worked closely with the organisation, its leaders and venue staff in preparation for this day, and we look forward to kicking off with a successful 2023-24 season.”
