Ungerboeck, an event and venue management software firm, and non-profit technology company Tessitura have extended their partnership with the launch of an integration between VenueOps and the Tessitura platform.
VenueOps is a venue management software and is utilised by performing arts centres, arenas, stadiums, museums and other facilities. It can be used to manage event bookings, production, resource allocation, task management and other functionalities.
The integration means reduced friction between sales and box office teams, improved communication and streamlined data entry.
It further enables production data to be shared between the two solutions, resulting in a simple set-up within Tessitura.
Steve Mackenzie, executive vice president at Ungerboeck, said: “The cooperation and partnership with Tessitura are natural extensions of the shared vision to empower teams that champion arts and culture.
“We’re proud to collaborate with an organisation of such high calibre.”
Tessitura works with over 750 arts and cultural organisations globally and will continue to collaborate with Ungerboeck on further developments.
Erin Lively Koppel, Tessitura chief strategy officer, added: “Ungerboeck has a long history of driving innovation as a technology leader in the events industry. We’re so pleased that our partnership is leading to greater efficiencies for arts and cultural organisations across the globe.”
