Green 4 has announced a partnership with Ascot Racecourse on its ‘Customer First’ project.
A CRM market leader within the sport and leisure industry, Green 4 has developed a pioneering fan loyalty programme and customer-focused ticketing solution. By applying technology with its tried and tested business strategies, Green 4 said many of its clients have seen revenue increases of six-10 per cent.
Green 4’s client base includes over 150 worldwide clients from a number of sports, associations, national governing bodies, leisure venues and entertainment businesses. It already works with Premier League football clubs Hull City and Southampton, as well as Aviva Premiership rugby team Worcester Warriors and organisations such as Chill Factor, Hollywood Bowl and the Eden Project.
Ascot is one of the leading racecourses in the UK, hosting nine of the country’s 32 annual Group 1 horse races. Ascot’s ‘Customer First’ project will include the implementation of new ticketing, CRM and sales automation systems.
Referring to the partnership with Ascot, a Green 4 spokesperson said: “This is a project of great importance to both companies and we very much look forward to working together over the coming months and years.”
